Wellness estimates apply published population statistics to workout records. They do not represent your personal disease probability or an actual preventive effect.

Statistics and evidence
The main view keeps only direction and value. Open a disease card to review the paper list, cohort age and sex, journal, effect estimate, confidence interval, and source link.
Free · Exercise-volume evidence for cardiovascular incidence and mortality
Pro · Evidence linking moderate-to-vigorous activity with incidence
Pro · Evidence linking activity volume with incidence
Vitatally prioritizes a cohort matching the user's age and sex when one exists, then clearly labels a general-population fallback. An evidence item with missing required content does not become a result card.

Personal features
On Apple Watch, select a workout from the workout-type list and start it. During a workout, see elapsed time, current heart rate, active calories, and the stop control on one screen. You can add workouts to the list and remove ones you do not use. iPhone focuses on the calendar, statistics, and completed records.
Select a workout from the workout-type list and start it right away. You can add workouts to the list and remove ones you do not use.
Apple Watch shows elapsed time, current heart rate, active calories, and the stop control. When heart rate is not measured, Vitatally does not infer or fill in an exercise intensity.
The calendar shows actual moderate and vigorous minutes and the cumulative heart estimate by date. The heart risk-reduction estimate chart and its calculation evidence remain free.
Age-based target BPM is a range estimated from a population formula. It is not an individual exercise-test result, a diagnosis, or a guaranteed safety boundary.

Vitatally Pro
Vitatally Pro compares only values actually recorded in the calendar. Disease estimates stay separate and are not added together. Pro does not predict future values or an individual's actual probability of disease.
Compare measured days, active days, and actual moderate and vigorous minutes for a selected period. A date without a record is not treated as a rest day.
Pro adds stroke and type 2 diabetes risk-reduction estimates to the free heart estimate, then shows current estimate, period change, and range separately for all three.
Exercise type, source, duration, and calorie statistics use recorded values only.
Pro is a monthly subscription at the price shown in the App Store purchase sheet and renews automatically until canceled. The purchase sheet is the final source for price and renewal date.
HealthKit connection
Vitatally refreshes when the app returns to the foreground, after a workout, and when HealthKit reports a change. A category you do not permit remains untouched and is shown as unavailable.
Heart rate, glucose, active energy, and disease-specific estimates do not go to a developer server during personal use.
HealthKit is the source of truth. Vitatally keeps only the minimum derived summaries needed for views and trends on the device.
Privacy
Raw HealthKit data and disease estimates are not sent to a developer server during personal use. Subscription verification uses an account identifier, not health data.

Deletion instructionsVitatally provides wellness estimates that apply published group statistics to an exercise pattern. It is not diagnosis, treatment, emergency detection, or an individual's absolute probability of disease.
